- Keep up with Product Knowledge & promotions.
- Should follow proper calling script for calls / Dialer KPI.
- Adhere to the Dialer KPI (Login Hours 9 hours & Available to take calls 7 hours).
- Have a Customer centric approach.
- Good Follow-up & Lead management.
- Keep a track of daily/Weekly & monthly targets.
- Follow company policies Maintain discipline in terms of Attendance & dress code.
