About the Job

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Inside Sales (Retention) Executives
  • Own repeat-order targets, retention metrics, and revenue goals for the team
  • Monitor daily calling productivity, talk time, and conversion rates
  • Drive customer retention through proactive engagement strategies
  • Guide the team on objection handling, upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Review and analyze team performance dashboards and MIS reports
  • Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance reviews
  • Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer issues
  • Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Customer Support for seamless service
  • Ensure accurate updating of CRM and adherence to sales processes
  • Build and implement strategies to improve NPS, churn rate, and LTV



Requirements

  • 35 years of inside sales/retention experience in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or SaaS
  • Minimum 12 years experience managing a sales/retention team
  • Strong people management and performance management skills
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue and retention targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using CRM tools and MS Office
  • Ability to work in target-driven, fast-paced environments
