- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients and build relationships
- 6 months - 3 years Experience in Customer handling with a proactive approach to addressing client needs
- Proven abilities in Sales to meet and exceed targets
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site role in the night shift
- Prior experience in telesales or related domains is an advantage.
