Hiring for one of the leading real estate companies in the region. We are looking for energetic and target driven candidates for a Tele sales role based in Noida, Delhi NCR.

Role & Responsibilities:

-Handle outbound calling to engage potential clients and drive sales conversions for real estate projects.

-80% outbound calling l 20% client meeting (if required)

-Handle customer conversations, follow ups and conversions

-Achieve daily / weekly / monthly sales targets.

-Maintain and update sales records

-Support the sales team in closing deals efficiently.

Candidate Profile:

-Age: 25-35 years

-Candidate from industry can be preferred, provided they have string outbound sales experience.

-Should be comfortable working in a target driven environment

-Strong communication and ability to handle outbound conversations confidently

-Stable work history preferred
