Technical Support Specialist

Candidate Requirements

• Good communication skills.
• Strong command over spoken and written English.

• Ability to understand technical issues and explain solutions clearly to customers.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to work in rotational day shifts.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls for technical support.
• Understand customer issues related to products/devices and provide accurate technical resolutions.
• Ensure adherence to process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through professional and effective communication.
• Accurately document call details and update customer records in the system.

Shift Details

• Day Shift only/Normal Shift

Salary- 20 K CTC.
