HR Business Partner (HRBP) – International BPO.

We are expanding, and we are looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our growing International Contact Center operations.

Shift: US Rotational Shift

Industry: International BPO / Contact Center

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic HR partner to contact center leadership

• Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes

• Drive employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies

• Partner with operations to manage attrition, absenteeism, and performance issues

• Support workforce planning and collaborate with recruitment teams

• Ensure HR policies, compliance, and labor law adherence

• Conduct HR analytics and provide insights to improve people strategies

• Facilitate performance management processes and talent development initiatives

Requirements:

4–8 years of HR experience, preferably in BPO / Contact Center environment

Strong experience in Employee Relations and Stakeholder Management

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Strong communication and conflict resolution skills

Comfortable working in US rotational shifts

Preferred: Experience supporting international voice processes or contact center operations.
