PMO Role - Hyderabad

Overview of Management Principles

Primarily responsibility to handle End to End Hiring statistics and work with program Managers on Hiring & resource planning.

• Effectively tracking the Open Demands & Supply/ Requirements
• Work with Internal leads and Panels and coordinate for Hiring Initiatives
• Drive the Calls with Program Manager on the issues related to Hiring and tract the status.
• Prepare related meetings MOM and
• Manage the daily interview schedules closely
• Need to be available on Saturday to handle weekend Hiring initiates
• Office visit is compulsory
