Marketing Manager (Pipeline & Growth)
At Phonon / 22North, we are building a Passenger Operations Platform for airlines and enterprise clients across BFSI and other sectors—focused on turning customer interactions into revenue, efficiency, and operational control.
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Associate who can own pipeline generation—not just campaigns.
🎯 What You’ll Own
- Drive inbound traffic and qualified lead generation (Airline + BFSI segments)
- Run targeted outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, follow-ups)
- Convert leads into active opportunities and proposals
- Manage website and landing page performance (conversion-focused)
- Create and execute case studies, campaign content, and outreach assets
- Maintain pipeline visibility and CRM discipline
📊 How You’ll Be Measured
- Qualified leads generated per month
- Opportunities and proposals created via direct channels
- Website / Social Media traffic → lead conversion rate
- Campaign performance (response rates, meetings booked)
- Contribution to overall sales pipeline
🧠 What We’re Looking For
- 6–10 years experience in B2B marketing / demand generation
- Strong execution capability in outbound + inbound channels
- Ability to work closely with Sales and Product teams
- Comfortable owning numbers, targets, and outcomes
- High ownership, consistency, and bias for action
