Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will lead the end-to-end marketing function, owning strategy, execution, and performance across D2C, digital, and brand channels. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, building a strong and consistent brand presence, and optimizing the customer journey across all touchpoints.

As the central point of coordination across teams, the Marketing Manager will ensure seamless execution of campaigns, align marketing initiatives with business objectives, and deliver measurable outcomes. The role also involves leading and mentoring a cross-functional team across design, performance, influencer marketing, and CRM to execute high-impact, data-driven marketing initiatives.


Key Responsibilities1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and execute 360° marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Plan monthly and quarterly campaigns across digital, performance, and brand channels
  • Identify growth opportunities across D2C, marketplaces, and offline touchpoints


2. Campaign Management
  • Lead end-to-end campaign execution from concept to delivery
  • Collaborate with design, influencer, and performance teams for seamless rollouts
  • Ensure timely delivery of campaigns across platforms (website, social media, ads, marketplaces)


3. Team Leadership & Management
  • Manage and mentor a cross-functional marketing team
  • Allocate tasks, set KPIs, and ensure smooth workflow across functions
  • Review outputs and maintain quality consistency across all marketing deliverables


4. Brand & Creative Direction
  • Oversee brand positioning, communication, and visual identity
  • Work closely with the design team on packaging, creatives, and campaign visuals
  • Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and brand storytelling


5. Performance & Growth Marketing
  • Work with performance marketing to optimize campaigns for ROI and conversions
  • Analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies


6. Influencer & Partnerships
  • Guide influencer marketing strategy and collaborations
  • Identify relevant partnerships to expand brand reach and credibility
  • Oversee campaign briefs, messaging, and execution


7. CRM & Customer Experience
  • Oversee CRM strategy including customer engagement, retention, and lifecycle marketing
  • Ensure smooth handling of customer queries and feedback loops
  • Improve customer experience across all touchpoints


8. Website & D2C Optimization
  • Work on website content, banners, PDPs, and user journey improvements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize conversion rates
  • Ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and website execution


9. Cross-functional Coordination
  • Work closely with product, sales, and operations teams
  • Align marketing initiatives with business priorities and launches
  • Act as the central point for all marketing-related requirements
Key Skills & Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in FMCG
  • Strong understanding of D2C and digital marketing ecosystem
  • Experience in campaign planning and execution
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Analytical mindset with performance tracking ability
  • Strong communication and brand storytelling skills
