Duration: 3 Months
Stipend: ₹7,000 per month
Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Inside Sales Intern to support our sales team. The role involves engaging with potential customers, generating leads, and contributing to the company’s revenue growth through effective communication and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain company services
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups
- Maintain and update daily call reports and sales data
- Achieve daily targets for connected calls and conversions
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients
- Coordinate with the sales team for closures and handovers
Requirements:
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Good verbal and written communication
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach
- Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Interest in sales, Cold-calling, or customer interaction roles
