Job Title: Inside Sales Intern

Location: 2nd Floor, Plot No. 21, Electrical, Electronics & Instruments Industries, Perungudi, Sholinganallur, Seevaram, OMR, Chennai, Tamil Nadu – 600096

Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: ₹7,000 per month


Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Inside Sales Intern to support our sales team. The role involves engaging with potential customers, generating leads, and contributing to the company’s revenue growth through effective communication and follow-ups.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain company services
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups
  • Maintain and update daily call reports and sales data
  • Achieve daily targets for connected calls and conversions
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients
  • Coordinate with the sales team for closures and handovers


Requirements:

  • Strong communication and convincing skills
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Target-oriented with a proactive approach
  • Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure


Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Interest in sales, Cold-calling, or customer interaction roles
