Role Overview


This role works closely with the Key Account Manager (KAM) to ensure smooth onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support for customers. Ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys interacting with clients and solving operational problems.



Key Responsibilities


🔹 Customer Onboarding & Implementation


  • Assist in onboarding new customers onto telecrm
  • Support implementation of workflows, pipelines, and configurations under guidance of KAM


🔹 Customer Support


  • Provide day-to-day support to customers via calls, WhatsApp, and Zoom
  • Resolve queries and ensure smooth product adoption


🔹 Relationship Management


  • Maintain regular touchpoints with customers (fortnightly connects)
  • Build strong working relationships with client teams


🔹 Coordination & Execution


  • Work closely with KAM to execute account plans
  • Track tasks, follow-ups, and ensure timely delivery




Requirements


✔ 1–2 years of experience in Customer Support / Customer Success

✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

✔ Comfortable interacting with clients over calls and Zoom

✔ Strong ownership and follow-up discipline

✔ Willingness to learn SaaS workflows and CRM implementations

✔ Based in / willing to work from Navi Mumbai office
