Account Manager – ITES (Domestic Staffing)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with strong exposure in Domestic Staffing (ITES) to manage client relationships and drive recruitment delivery across IT and Non-IT roles . The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with Accenture accounts .

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Accenture account / similar ITES client accounts .
• Handle end-to-end recruitment delivery for IT & Non-IT roles .
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and hiring managers .
• Understand client hiring needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
• Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining hiring quality.
• Work closely with internal recruitment teams to drive delivery and pipeline management .
• Track account performance, revenue, and client satisfaction .
• Provide market insights and hiring updates to the client.

Mandatory Requirement

• Must have worked with Accenture accounts

Required Skills

• Experience in Domestic Staffing / ITES Staffing .
• Exposure to IT & Non-IT hiring .
• Strong client management and stakeholder handling experience.
• Understanding of C2H hiring model .
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
