Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager based in Mumbai. The Account Manager will work closely with clients to maintain and strengthen relationships, identify business opportunities, and provide tailored solutions. Daily responsibilities include managing accounts, negotiating contracts, collaborating with sales and technical teams, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also includes tracking sales performance, resolving client issues, and preparing regular reports to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Account management, client relationship management, and customer service skills
  • Sales, negotiation, and business development experience
  • Knowledge of semiconductor products, electronics components, or related industries
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently in an on-site environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in the electronics or semiconductor industry is a strong advantage
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
